FOR THE PROPERTY APPRAISAL OF THE EXISTING 116MW
SUBIC DIESEL GENERATOR POWER PLANT
SBMA is in need of an appraiser for the valuation of the above described property in accordance with International Valuation Standards and consistent with OGCC Circular No. 1, Series of 2002, otherwise known as the "Guidelines in Referral of Cases" issued on July 9, 2002.
The Appraiser is expected to prepare an appraisal of the 116 MW Diesel Generator Power Plant including its Equipment and Spare Parts, Facilities and Occupied Land to arrive at a fair market and rental value.
The Appraiser shall prepare his report, which shall consist of but no limited to the following:
a. General Service Condition;
b. Certificate of Appraisal;
c. Narrative Report;
d. Remarks, Recommendation and Advices;
e. Physical Condition of the Exterior/Interior of the Equipment, Spare Parts and Facilities;
f. Accrued Depreciation Cost of the Equipment, Spare Parts and Facilities;
g. Pictures and References.
The Appraiser should be accredited by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) and Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM Corp.).
Submit proposal and supporting papers to the Office of the Senior Deputy Administrator for Support Services, Bldg. 229, Waterfront road, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, not later than October 16, 2009.
