Philip Morris managing director Chris Nelson and SBMA administrator Armand Arreza inspect the site for the P1-billion regional tobacco leaf warehouse at the Subic Bay Freeport. The facility will store tobacco leaf for use in Philip Morris cigarette factories in Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Please be informed that in accordnace with the new DENR Department Admin. Order (DAO) No. 2009-14, that effective December 14, 2009, all ECC/CNC Applications for projects located within the Subic Bay Freeport Zone shall be processed at the EMB Region 3 for issuance by the Regional Director.
